This is a drop-off and pick-up party. All parents of the guests are kindly asked to drop off their child and may return at the end for cake time (10 minutes before the end). Parents of the birthday girl are welcome to stay.
Our parking lot is located at the back of the building for your convenience.
All guests receiving services must have a consent form signed. We provide non-invasive, professional, kid-friendly services. These services are not play or pretend; however, adult-grade services such as foundation, concealer, adult-grade manicures and pedicures, extensions, complex designs, and removal of gel/shellac are not recommended and are not a part of birthday packages.
Please see our recommended nail prep sheet or ask for upgrades/substitution options for groups interested in such. We reserve the right to refuse services to children with gel/shellac nails. The price of the package will not change.
If you have fewer guests than initially stated and/or confirmed, please kindly let your booking staff member know at least six days in advance of your party date. If the number of guests changes due to last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or if the number of guests is below the party requirement of the original package agreed upon, the price will not change.
If you arrive early before your scheduled time, please kindly wait in the car. We are setting up for your event and will be ready to receive you at your initial booking time. We require this time to be fully prepared for you.
If you have items to drop off, we will gladly take them for setup, but staff will ask you to wait outside until party time.

You do not need to bring a knife, lighter, or bowls for snacks, fruits, or vegetables—we have all necessary items for setup.
If you or your guests arrive late, the party will still run within the original time frame and will end at the agreed-upon time. This ensures fairness to guests arriving after you. If you or your guests are significantly late, we cannot guarantee that all services will be performed or finished in time. This may result in service omissions, and only the services we have time for will be performed. The total cost will remain unchanged.
If there is no party scheduled after yours and you wish to complete the services, there will be an additional charge for extra time
If the child refuses a service or cannot participate for various reasons, the cost of the package will not change.
All appointments and parties require a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and will contribute towards the total cost of your booking.
Because services are professional, the time frames we provide are estimates. Some customers or service styles may take more or less time. Due to this, we reserve the right to finish later or earlier than the initially agreed-upon time.
While appointments and parties can be rescheduled or canceled, the deposit can only be applied to one future rebooking (should you wish to make one). This ensures fairness and allows flexibility in rescheduling while upholding our commitment to all clients.
We strive to provide a luxurious, worry-free experience for our guests and maintain a safe work environment. We kindly ask that staff and our llama be treated with kindness and respect. Abusive behavior towards the llama will result in the termination of mascot performance.
Premium hair does not include complex hairstyles that require more than one hour to braid.
Parties do not require any setup or cleanup on your end, so please sit back and enjoy making memories with your child and her friends.
